Abstract

In this chapter, we discuss the administration of Message Queuing in detail. We start with typical administrative tasks, such as creating and deleting queues, and slowly proceed to building a Message Queuing network. Along the way you’ll learn about the various management interfaces that can be used to manage Message Queuing. We also touch on more advanced topics like message tracking, Message Queuing connectivity, message backup, encryption, firewall configuration for Message Queuing connectivity, and how to monitor Message Queuing performance.
