In the next part of the book, we’ll be working though a .NET case study, during which you’ll see bits and pieces of the .NET Framework as UML. So that you can more easily follow the diagrams presented during the case study, I’m going to spend a bit of time first looking at how some core .NET concepts are represented in UML. UML can be a useful tool in enabling us to gain a better conceptual model of .NET.
