Abstract

Developers can choose between Java, Active Server Pages, PHP, Perl, and many other technologies to create HTML applications. More often than not, these HTML applications present dynamic content retrieved from a database. And what better way to present dynamic content from a database than from directly within a database? This is precisely what Oracle provides via the PL/SQL Web Toolkit. The PL/SQL Web Toolkit is a set of sophisticated PL/SQL packages that can be used to render HTML pages in real-time.
