Abstract
It often seems that the installation of a product is almost an afterthought. Developers spend hundreds of labor-months building that great new three-tier application. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re reading this book because you’re the person who has to figure out how to install the application while everyone else is out celebrating the fact that they’ve finished it. Of course, an application isn’t actually finished until you can install it on your clients’ systems.
