Abstract
As you get used to using ASP.NET, it becomes very easy to throw together attractive and usable Web sites and applications by just dropping a few server controls, such as the DataGrid, Hyperlink, or Label, onto your pages. To get the appearance you want, you only have to set a few common properties, and leave the rest to the wonders of the ASP.NET runtime framework. After all, Microsoft has sorted out the issues of generating the appropriate HTML output from its server controls, so you don’t need to worry about it.
