Classes: Defining Your Own Data Types

In this chapter, I’ll expand on the discussion of types defined as structures and look into one of the most fundamental tools in the C++ programmer’s toolbox: classes. I’ll also introduce some ideas that are implicit in object-oriented programming and start to show how these are applied in practice.
