Abstract
Chapter 6 introduced you to the basics of EF by exploring CRUD operations through LINQ to Entities and Object Services. In this chapter, you will continue your investigation of EF by looking at more-advanced scenarios in isolated examples. To start with, you will examine the three types of inheritance supported by EF. Next you will take a look at the entity client and learn the basics behind ESQL. Finally, you will learn how to use stored procedures in your model.
