Abstract
As you do more and more work with Flash video in your professional life, you’ll be called upon to either work with cue points or add captions to a video for the hearing impaired. Until the release of Flash CS3, Flash video was generally regarded as a “nonaccessible” technology. In countries with stringent web accessibility laws governing web sites for those with physical disabilities, adding a video to one of these sites was not easy. This was a major impediment to the adoption of Flash video across government and publicly funded sites.
