Abstract

Earlier in this book, you learned how to build a data warehouse, including defining the architecture, selecting the methodology, gathering the requirements, designing the data models, and creating the databases. In the past few chapters, I discussed how to populate the data warehouse, including extracting from the source system, loading the data stores, maintaining the data quality, and utilizing the metadata.
