Abstract

You’ve completed a document, and you’re ready to distribute it. Now, you need to decide whether you want others to access the document, and if so, how. Whether it’s a draft or a final copy, you want to be sure the document is ready for others to review. Although it may sound rote, you need to proof all documents. Use the spelling and the grammar tools in the Proofing group on the Review tab. Then, preview the document using the different views. For example, display the document in Full Screen Reading view. If the document contains revisions marks and/or comments, choose the Final option in the Tracking group on the Review tab.
