Abstract
The focus of this book has been upon communication in organisations, and, in particular, the pivotal role played by managers in maintaining an effective communicative flow within the workplace. In the previous chapters we provided a comprehensive analysis of a wide range of managerial skills and strategies. Following a general introduction in chapter one, each of the following chapters examined a separate dimension of managerial communication, as follows.
