We begin this chapter by inviting you to answer two questions: how do you do happiness? and, what contributes to you having a sense of well-being? Please spend some time on your answers but do not discount any thoughts which pop quickly into your mind. If you find these questions difficult to answer, ask yourself how other people know when you are experiencing either state or remember the last time you were happy and what you were doing.
