Trace and Bulk Detection of Explosives by Ion Mobility Spectrometry and Neutron Analysis
In the paper we present the results on measurements of traces of explosives (like TNT, TATP, RDX, C4, PETN and SEMTEX) by means of an ion mobility spectrometer (IMS). Due to the excellent sensitivity of the IUT ion mobility spectrometer which is in the lower nano gram range the device is best suitable for the explosive inspection.
