摘要

为了了解像中国这样的快速发展中国家的空气质量的改善状况, 需要获取具有高度代表性的、有价值的数据, 并将其转换成表征空气污染的有用信息, 然而, 实际中往往会忽视监测数据的代表性。有鉴于此, 本机构开发了空气质量监测的综合方法。本方法在 2001 年以来中国开展的若干空气质量监测项目中都得到了应用。这一新方法要求重新安排已有监测战略。简言之, 饱和度监测成为新的监测战略, 对调查地区的空气污染进行预评估, 确定空间分辨率。实时自动监测得到最大程度地简化。具有高度时间和空间分辨率的所测数据, 通过统计方法和数学模型的处理, 能够产生数据解释方案。最近几年这一方法在中国得到了广泛检验, 并被认为是进行宏微观排放量及空气质量监测网络的设计、排放源分配、测量的空间代表性评价、污染物空间分布频率评估等的有效方法。本文对苏州、兰州、北京三个地区的案例进行研究, 讨论上述结果。
