中意环境与能源建筑 (SIEEB) 是一种智能型、生态型和节能型建筑, 被认为是新一代可持续建筑的模式。本文阐述了 SIEEB 建筑设计的总体设计流程、可持续建筑采取的方法以及通过使用先进技术解决方案及控制策略节约能源的措施。本文还论述了建筑能耗模拟结果、工厂设计最优化及针对 SIEEB 的 CO2 (二氧化碳) 减排潜力做出的初步评估。
