Abstract
The numerical model for three-dimensional field analysis of electrostatic micromotors with stator and rotor symmetry axes located in the different points has been presented. The results of the numerical tests confirm the thesis about the correctness of the model. Short CPU time is obtained even with quite big number of mesh elements.
