Abstract
Open learning courses are different from traditional courses and need different skills and approaches if you are to make the most of them. This Foundation Element is intended to help you get the most out of your studies with Open BTEC. It is assumed that you have already decided to study one of the Updating for Business Units, and that you have made initial contact with the college or other organisation involved in running the course.
