Abstract
Why not try writing out some of the key words, phrases or grammar points on index cards, post-its or scraps of paper? Put them up somewhere that you will see them — near the desk or table where you work, on the fridge or on a kitchen cupboard. Each time you look at them, say them out loud. This activity will keep jogging your memory and won’t take up any of your precious time.
