Abstract
Some years ago, the Club of Rome published a time-interest chart which graphically portrayed people’s interests. Most people, it was shown, are interested in what is happening in their own lives and their families’ and immediate surroundings this week. Only a small fraction of people are concerned about what will happen to the world twenty-five years from now.
