A Note on the Ethical Role that Money Can Play in Development: The Case of Malaysia
Strategies for the economic development of developing countries traditionally have emphasised larger foreign aids or capital inflows from industrialised countries. But these forms of assistance are in some cases insufficient to overcome the countries’ fundamental problems.
