Abstract

Deputy Vice-Chancellor, my Lord, Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my great pleasure to welcome you on behalf of Keynes College to our Tenth Seminar. Many of our distinguished speakers and participants have contributed to previous Seminars, and we take particular pleasure in welcoming them back, appreciating the encouragement which their association gives us. Among them it is only right that especial mention be made of Dr Milo Keynes and Mr Stephen Keynes who have always taken a close interest in the College and the Seminars.
