Abstract
An Equal Opportunities Audit in BP (UK) aimed at analysing women’s current position in the company in order to identify any reasons for job segregation and blocks to career progression is described in this chapter. Based on the findings of this study, recommendations for a programme of positive action are presented (some of which have already been initiated by BP).
