Abstract
When the management has built up a team of reliable, trained people it is worth taking the trouble to keep them; when employees are not happy they leave. To obtain long service and good results from its workforce a company should never allow job satisfaction and personal contentment with working conditions to be left to chance.
Signs and symptoms of unrest; finding the cause of discontent; pay; conditions of work; personality problems; feelings of neglect; lack of effective communication; Flexitime; constructive criticism
