Abstract
Coastal accumulation forms are those positive relief forms which are determined by the action of certain waves and currents and are stable at a given sea-level and under given physico-geographic conditions. These forms can reach a length of several hundreds of kilometres and represent the concentration of several hundreds, or even several thousands of millions, of cubic metres of sediments. They have very varied shapes and outlines, and their formation often causes a modification of the general pattern of the coast.
