Abstract

After the death of Sardar Bakhshish Singh, some of the relatives of the elder Sardarni suggested to her, “One half of the whole property belongs to you, claim your share and separate — you can then decide whom to give to and whom not to — let the younger Sardarni decide whether she wants to give her share to the son or the daughters.”
