Abstract

It is not enough simply to improve our understanding of the people who work with and for us. Management has to be able to apply its improved knowledge in areas that are relevant to the enhancement of productivity and the well-being of the staff involved. We have dealt with applications such as selection, placement, competency development and leadership. The purpose of this chapter is to extend our view on management applications into the areas of creativity, entrepreneurship, stress and communication.
