Abstract

A number of digital systems have been designed using VHDL and are suitable for implementation on FPGAs. Only the design of the VHDL program is given, as the simulation results are dependent on the simulator and VHDL compiler being used. The design of suitable test vectors for verifying designs was covered in the previous chapter, so only brief descriptions of the tests to be performed are be included.
