Abstract

In the last chapter we looked at business property in respect of the business itself. In this chapter we will be looking at what has been called ‘intellectual’ property of a business: that is, a product or process that is marketable, such as an invention, a new process, a book, a record or a piece of software. We will also look at the subject of data protection.
