Abstract

The interpretation of what constitutes ‘the project team’ varies enormously. A potential user or purchaser of the facility may regard the developer as a member of the project team; the managing director of a large company, or group, may consider the Board director responsible for a project to also be a member of the project team. Some clients may consider the PM to be a member of the project team, while others do not, particularly those employing in-house project management teams.
