Abstract

Garden and Landscape Design, in all its various forms, can be seen all around us from a small domestic garden to large landscaped sites such as reclamation sites. Before we look at the basics of garden design, I would like to summarise its development. We need to look back at garden history, in particular the influences different countries have had on design.
