Abstract

This chapter outlines, using worked examples, material that will be required to fully use this book. At the start of each chapter the topics required are listed under the heading Prior Knowledge and if you either think (or later discover as you work through the chapter) that you do not fully understand the material being presented then you should consult the examples referred to before continuing any further.
