Abstract
The use of Peplau’s model is useful in any branch of nursing, but in the field of mental health it is particularly so, because of its naturalness in using interpersonal skills as part of its essential framework. In this chapter, we meet two clients who each have a mental health problem, one relatively acute and the other longer-term.
