Abstract

When bonding tee-junction walls it is necessary to comply with the rules of bonding, that is

English bond: change direction, change face bond; the tie-brick should be a header and the amount of tie should be 56 mm (figure 3.1)

Flemish bond: the tie-brick should always be a stretcher and the amount of tie should be 56 mm (figure 3.2)
