Abstract

Though the Claremont Jewish-Christian-Muslim Trialogue owes much to all of the participants, sponsors, institutions, support personnel and others thanked in the acknowledgements, it is first and foremost the achievement of Professor John Hick, and an expression of the commitment to interreligious understanding which is one of the strongest features of his life and work. The present writer is especially grateful to Professor Hick both for the opportunity to participate in the Trialogue and for the opportunity to be closely involved in the preparation of the book.
