Abstract
Many of the problems that face physiologists and psychologists who study perceived exertion are rather general ones of psychophysical measurement. Often it is important or necessary to ask such questions as, What intensity level of perceived exertion does a person experience at a given moment? How does the perception of exertion change over time? How does it change with increase in workload?
