Bacterial Mutagenicity of BZD and DAT

Abstract

Benzidine (BZD) and diaminoterphenyl (DAT) were tested for mutagenic activity with Aroclor-induced rat liver S9 fraction and uninduced chicken liver S9 fraction in TA1538 at various S9 concentrations.
