Abstract
Nobody knows everything and even those people blessed with photographic memories (people who see material and are able to recall it in every detail) do not recall all they see. A good office worker records everything required in writing and files it where it can be found when needed and learns where to look for facts which are required from time to time and about which she is, until the time of the inquiry, unaware.
