Summary
Tool and cutter (T. & C.) grinding is traditionally performed by a highly-skilled craftsman on a manually-operated machine. A continuing decline in the number of suitable-trained personnel, coupled with recent evidence that more consistent results are obtained using an automatic machine, indicates the requirement for a C.N.C. T. & C. grinder.
