Oscar Wilde in Omaha

Mr. Wilde and his servant and Mr. Vale,1 his business manager, arrived in Omaha yesterday [March 21] from Sioux City2 and ensconced themselves at the Withnell House. The day without the four walls of the hotel was blustering and the wind swept occasional eddies of dust along the streets, rendering it very disagreeable for any one not habituated to the climate who should venture out.
