Abstract
As has already been mentioned, the battery is the centre of the electrical system of the car. It receives electricity from the charging circuit and supplies it to all the components that need it. It therefore has to act as a reservoir. In fact the car will work without a battery as the charging circuit is capable of supplying the necessary current for ignition and lighting once the car’s engine is running.
