Regional Devolution and National Government

  • A. R. Isserlis

Abstract

Earlier contributors to this book have commented on the case for regional devolution by reference to particular major fields of national government responsibility. This chapter looks at some of the implications for the national government process generally — and sees them rather differently from the way in which they are seen by Derek Senior in his chapter.
