This paper describes a technique which has been used to assist the healing of more than t o pressure ulcers. The general impression is that these usually slow healing ulcers heal more rapidly with this treatment, although controlled trials to prove this have not been organised. It is probable that the author can claim to have originated the technique since a recent literature search revealed no references.
