Abstract

Business letters are usually typed on paper which has a printed heading containing the firm’s name, address, telephone number, etc. When using plain paper for practice purposes, however, leave 12 line spaces at the top of A4 paper and 9 line spaces at the top of A5 paper to represent the printed heading.
