Abstract

Josh has been thinking long and hard. As part of the latest workplace agreement, the company is about to embark on a program of job redesign for all non-salaried employees. Multi-skilling will be the major emphasis of this job redesign. The goal is to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and job satisfaction.
