Abstract
I vividly recall how incredibly easy my coaching conversation with Terry was. I was sitting in the managing director’s office of QTK, a dealer for transport refrigeration and transit air conditioning products. I wanted to formulate a vision, mission, and set of core values for the business. I thought this process might take several agonizing hours; it normally does! I was dead wrong about that. Terry had all the answers on the tip of his tongue; I just had to ask the right questions. Terry’s responses were very impressive. My job was to prize the information from Terry’s head and express it on paper.
The performance management framework & has application in any organization, whether it is from the public or private sector, large or small, professional or blue collar, or a mix of both.
