Tibial diaphyseal symptomatic aseptic nonunions.

Tibial diaphyseal asymptomatic aseptic nonunions (after consultation with the patient).

Tibial diaphyseal septic nonunions (temporary antibiotic-impregnated polymethylmethecrylate followed by permanent nail) (two-stage operation).
