Summary of Selected PHP Language Elements

  • David R. Brooks

Chapter 10 provides a summary of PHP language elements that are necessary or helpful to create the kinds of applications that have been discussed in this book. Most, but not all, of the functions given have been used in previous chapters. As with other parts of this book, the descriptions are not necessarily intended to be comprehensive or complete, and they are not intended to take the place of a reference manual. Nonetheless, the language elements and examples presented in this chapter cover a large range of practical PHP programming situations.
