Abstract
A 76-year-old female presented to the Emergency Department with a 1-week history of not opening her bowels and abdominal pain. She had a background of chronic constipation. On examination she had a distended abdomen and a diffuse palpable mass. An AXR (Image 1) and CT of the abdomen (Images 2a–c) were performed.
