Abstract

The human being is a marvellous organism capable of performing a wide range of behaviours such as perceiving, remembering, learning, problem-solving, etc. Yet none of this will be done without motivation. The uses to which a human being puts his capabilities depend on his drives, needs, desires, loves, hates, fears, etc. Motivation impels or goads him into activity.
