Abstract
The decision to pursue an internship can be just as difficult as finding one. Choosing between completing on-campus research for a professor and gaining industry experience through an internship can be a struggle. Most advisors, professors, and professionals alike will agree that an internship is a must, and employers consider internship experience as one of the most important factors in hiring college graduates.
